The ATF2000 Series Thermal Mass Flow Meter operates on thermal dispersion principles using a constant differential temperature method for gas flow measurement. Compact and highly digitalized, it offers easy installation, high accuracy, and multi-functional capabilities for mass and volume flow measurement. Its insertion-type design supports hot-tap installation and maintenance.The meter features a wide flow range of 0.1–120 m/s for gases, a turndown ratio of at least 100:1, and operates at temperatures up to 350°C. It provides excellent vibration resistance, a long service life, and is maintenance-free with no moving parts. Installation options include flange, thread, wafer, clamp, and insertion, enabling direct gas mass flow measurement without additional pressure or temperature compensation.
