The Vibrating Rod Level Switch (VLS) is an ideal solution for single-point level detection in free-flowing solids, such as fine powders, grains, and aggregates. Its single-rod design prevents issues like blockage or bridging, common with tuning forks. The rod is kept in resonance by an electronic circuit, and when covered by material, the damping effect triggers a relay output with a configurable delay. Suitable for tanks, silos, and hopper bins, it offers adjustable sensitivity, side or top mounting, and extension lengths up to 20 meters. With robust aluminum housing, IP67 ingress protection, AC/DC voltage compatibility, dust explosion protection, and a high-temperature option, the VLS ensures reliable performance in challenging industrial applications.
